What information do you need to give me a quote?
Tell us what you’d like to order, how many you need, and when you need the finished items. Depending on the project, helpful details might include dimensions, garment sizes, personalization, or where a sign will be displayed. Send any artwork you have, too. If you’re unsure about some of those details, we can help you work through them.
Can you create a design, or do I need to bring finished artwork?
You don’t need to arrive with a finished design. Our design department can help develop logos and layouts, or work with artwork you already have. Bring your ideas, wording, and any examples that help explain the look you’re after.
Will the artwork I already have work for my order?
That depends on the file and what you want to put it on. Artwork that looks clear on a phone screen may need adjustments for a large sign, and an embroidered logo needs to be prepared as stitches. Send your existing file and tell us how you’d like to use it so we can review what’s needed.
How far ahead should I place my order?
Contact us as soon as you know about the project, especially if it’s for an event or a fixed deadline. Timing depends on the products, quantity, design preparation, and finishing involved. Let us know your needed date when requesting a quote so we can discuss whether the schedule will work.

Can I get just one hat embroidered?
Yes. Precision Graphics has no minimum embroidery order. You can order a single personalized hat or arrange embroidery for an entire group. Tell us about the item and design so we can discuss the details and pricing.
Can I bring my own items to have them embroidered?
Can I see how my embroidered design will look before it’s stitched?
Our digitizing software allows us to show you a preview of the embroidered design on your garment or item. That helps you picture the design and discuss its appearance before stitching. The finished result will also reflect the fabric and thread choices.
